ADICTA LAB currently delivers to :

Delivery takes 3 – 5 working days, at a standard cost of 10.00 USD / 7.00 EUR / 10.00 CHF. Duties will be paid by ADICTA LAB. Orders of at least 150.00 USD / 150.00 EUR / 150.00 CHF qualify for free delivery.
Please help us to limit our emissions by managing each order with as few deliveries as possible. We are soon launching an accurate “fit finder” to make finding your size an easy process. In the meantime, rather than ordering multiple sizes and requesting a return of the unwanted products, please carefully refer to our size guide (at the bottom of this page).

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a full refund within 14 days from the date you have received the order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached and, if applicable, protective inner lining intact on relevant products. We kindly encourage you to reuse the original packaging sent to you if possible.
The return of any ADICTA LAB products is your responsibility and it will be at your own cost and expense.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Department, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. In the case of returning all products from your order, your delivery charge will also be refunded. Please contact our Customer Service immediately in case you have received an incomplete, wrong or damaged order. The return will be then organized by the company.

Do I need to pay upfront?
- Yes, all orders must be paid online at the order.
What happens in the event of a warranty claim?
- Contact directly BMC through the contact form available online in case of warranty issue.
What happens if I want to cancel my order or return a product?
- You have a right to cancel the order within 14 days after delivery.
- To cancel your order you must contact our service through our contact form to get a return authorization.
- Product must be returned new, unridden, with no mark of usage or any damage.
What is the lead time between my order and the delivery of my products?
- Your order will be processed in the best delay, in general your parcel will leave our warehouse 3 working days after your order is placed, and be delivered within 3 working days.
